If you’re just beginning your meditation journey, our Introduction to Meditation class offers a supportive and structured starting point. Designed specifically for beginners, this session helps you build confidence and clarity in your practice. Held Tuesday evenings, this guided online class introduces foundational techniques in a calm and welcoming environment. What You’ll Experience: • Simple breathwork to calm the nervous system • Grounding techniques to reduce stress and overwhelm • Guided reflection and journaling prompts • Space for questions and gentle guidance No prior experience is needed. Just show up as you are.
