Meet Jeff C.

Co-Founder Co-Creator

Jeff Camalick is the founder of Inner Exodus Meditation & Coaching, where he guides individuals through deep personal transformation using a powerful blend of lived experience, leadership insight, and holistic practice.

With a rich background in business leadership and personal transformation, Jeff brings a grounded, empathetic approach to coaching. His work draws from decades of experience in meditation, yoga, breathwork, alchemical practices, and holistic healing techniques, allowing him to help clients move beyond surface-level change and create meaningful shifts from the inside out.

Having transformed his own life from addiction into one of clarity, purpose, and service, Jeff understands firsthand the courage it takes to rebuild and evolve. Through Inner Exodus, he now helps others walk that path with guidance, structure, and compassion. For those ready to do the deeper work, Jeff offers a clear, step-by-step process designed to help individuals release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their inner strength, and create lasting emotional and spiritual freedom.

Jeff C. biography and Inner Exodus founder story — A Life Lived Fully, A Path Forged Through Transformation For more than four decades, Jeff C. has lived many lives in one. From a fearless, joyful child… to a rebellious teenager searching for identity… to an accomplished athlete competing in baseball, football, golf, hockey, basketball, and more — his early years were filled with energy, curiosity, and intensity. He went on to graduate from Regis University with a BA in Communication Arts, stepping into the professional world with ambition and drive. But behind the scenes, another story was unfolding. For 13 years, addiction held him in its grip, leading him to what he describes as “the gates of hell.” That experience, though devastating, would ultimately become the crucible that forged his purpose. Along the way, Jeff held countless roles: Barista, manager, trainer, sales representative, director, vice president Mentor, sponsor, coach, spiritual advisor, and leader Each role added another layer of insight into human behavior, resilience, and transformation. All of it led him to his current work as Co-Creator and Head Transformational Coach of Inner Exodus. The Turning Point — A Spiritual Awakening In November 2007, Jeff reached a moment of surrender. Admitting defeat opened the door to an entirely new way of living. What followed felt like a cascade of miracles. Fear began to dissolve. The noise quieted. For the first time, the path ahead felt clear. He immersed himself in recovery and spiritual practice, absorbing everything he could — not just to heal himself, but to help others. Yoga became a cornerstone beginning in 2008, initially for flexibility but soon for something deeper. In 2014, while in Portland, Oregon, he discovered a studio focused on tapping techniques, which accelerated his growth. After years devoted to a single path, a meditation seminar cracked open an even deeper transformation — “the dynamite that broke open the dam,” as he describes it. From there, Jeff pursued a wide spectrum of disciplines, including: The Science of Yoga Wim Hof breathing methods Vibrational alignment Nutrition and neuroscience Chemistry and physics Crystal energy Ancient spiritual texts Multiple meditation modalities and healing practices This multidisciplinary approach became the foundation of his coaching philosophy. Professional Leadership & Business Success Jeff’s work life began humbly, helping his father on a fishing boat and assisting at a family electronics store. Retail and hospitality roles followed, including positions with Schlotsky’s Deli, Hollywood Video, Champs Sports, Foot Locker, Radisson Hotels, and Sunglass Hut. He later served as Manager of Parking Operations at Denver’s Pepsi Center, overseeing large-scale logistics and teams. In 2007, just before entering recovery, Jeff joined a wireless carrier as a manager — witnessing firsthand the smartphone revolution that reshaped modern communication. After rehab, he joined Starbucks (SBUX) and was soon recruited into a rapidly growing organization. Over a nine-year period, he advanced through leadership roles: Store Manager → Regional Trainer → Regional Manager → Market Director → Director of Sales → Vice President of Sales During this time, he relocated multiple times — Denver, Boise, Phoenix, Portland, then back again — helping scale the company from 20 locations in four states to more than 100 locations across ten states. He recruited, hired, and developed over 500 team members while overseeing annual sales exceeding $100 million. The company earned recognition from the INC 5000 and numerous industry accolades. Entrepreneur, Coach & Connector In 2019, Jeff stepped away from the wireless industry to explore a new chapter — one focused on freedom, purpose, and service. He founded The Camalick Group, LLC, a coaching company designed to integrate business principles with personal transformation. Over the past five years, he has coached individuals around the world. That same year, he became a minority partner in a crystal and jewelry company, organizing gem shows and expanding business relationships across the community. He also began driving for rideshare services — an experience that unexpectedly became another avenue for connection. In five years, he completed over 15,000 rides for more than 40,000 passengers while maintaining near-perfect ratings. Many riders described the experience as uplifting, calming, or even life-changing. For Jeff, every conversation became an opportunity to serve. Inner Exodus — Transformation Through Experience Inner Exodus represents the culmination of Jeff’s life journey — the successes, failures, losses, lessons, and breakthroughs. He believes transformation is not random or reserved for a few. It follows a process. A series of internal shifts that move a person from suffering toward freedom. “It happened for me. It can happen for you too.” A Dedication to Those Who Came Before Inner Exodus is also a tribute. It honors loved ones who have passed — the souls who shaped the community through their presence, their joy, and even their pain. Their influence continues to ripple outward, inspiring others to live fully while they still can. The message at the heart of the work is simple: Love each other. Let go of division. Heal together. Do not wait to live. An Open Invitation The Inner Exodus community believes that healing happens through connection — as brothers and sisters, parents and children, friends and fellow travelers. Differences fade when people remember their shared humanity. The invitation is open to anyone with a sincere desire to grow, heal, and awaken to a deeper way of living. You do not have to walk the path alone. With love and sincerity, Jeff C.
