Meet kirk

Co-Creator

Kirk Smith, a dynamic leader at fifty-eight, has dedicated his life to personal growth and helping others navigate their journeys of exploration and transformation. With over six years of recovery, Kirk’s life has been profoundly shaped by the principles of 12-step programs. His commitment to recovery has revitalized his life and inspired him to empower others to embrace change and healing.

Kirk’s journey began late in life with a deep dive into self-discovery, where he found solace in meditation and physical activity. He believes an integrated approach—encompassing mental, physical, and emotional health—is essential for lasting change. Through regular self-reflection, exercise, and sports, he has cultivated resilience and discipline, which have become cornerstones of his leadership style.

Experientially, with years and decades of communications experience in both interpersonal and group settings, he is today equipped with the skills to connect with diverse audiences effectively. He has leveraged this background in his career, and practicing life with a mindset of “the collaborative spirit has enhanced his ability to confidently coach and teach leadership courses that emphasize the importance of empathy, integrity, and effective communication in today’s fast-paced world.

Having his inability to handle grief as the springboard into his recovery and has since been given the tools to lean into a mantra of setting aside pride, ego and what others think and tries to lead with humility and finds the vital importance in “asking for the help” vs. “knowing what to do”.  He is no more present than in his life today, as he is working through a major life change…Doing this by working with others who have lived similar life experiences and captured the spiritual data needed to find the answers, are they correct? Only time will tell, but he is assured that by practicing humility and patience there is a freedom and peace that is unrivaled by any other in his life. The meditative process, with no judgment, has been the essential dynamic of this transformational process. The deep insight gained from being in a quiet place with a quiet mind and the emotional and mental space to allow others' influence to integrate into his pores has been a key factor in his life today.

As a former fitness trainer, Kirk combines his passion for physical health with mental health and his expertise in leadership, guiding individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals. His workshops and training sessions are designed to motivate participants to step out of their comfort zones and embrace their potential.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Kirk is devoted to his family. He shares a fulfilling life with his wife and two adult children, who inspire him daily. Balancing family, work, recovery, and a strong connection to music, he understands the importance of nurturing relationships and fostering a supportive environment for growth through self-awareness and connection to music, as sometimes it is about the music and other times about the lyrics, but in most cases, it is about both.

Kirk’s journey of soul-searching continues to influence his approach to leadership. He is a firm believer in the power of vulnerability, authenticity, and connection. Through his work, he aims to create spaces where individuals can feel safe sharing their stories, learning from one another, and growing together.

In a world that often prioritizes individual success, Kirk’s mission is to remind others of the value of community, love, tolerance and stresses the importance of peer and common ground support. Whether in relationships, home, community, mentorships, or coaching. He strives to be a guiding spirit for those seeking to transform their lives and live with a purpose.

THE JOURNEY

In November of 2007, Jeff C. embarked on a spiritual journey that held the keys to the kingdom. After admitting defeat and surrendering to a new way of life, miracle after miracle began to happen. All of the fear and worry disappeared. For the first time in his life, the path became clear. He knew what needed to be done. The material was absorbed, utilized and then passed on as fast as the next person would let him. Before long, Jeff C. had found his passion, to use his abilities for inspiring and healing. In 2008 Jeff C. began practicing different styles of Yoga to improve flexibility. In 2014, while in Portland, Oregon, he found a yoga studio that focused on tapping and was immediately hooked. After a decade of dedication to one spiritual path, Jeff C. was invited to participate in a meditation seminar. His spiritual ego had grown strong. It thought it knew something. The experience at the seminar was the dynamite that broke open the dam and started the next phase of his development. Jeff C. began studying and practicing The Science of Yoga, Wim Hof breathing technique, Vibrational Alignment, Nutrition, Neuroscience, Chemistry, Physics, Crystal energy, Ancient Texts and several other forms of meditation and medicinal therapy.

PROFESSIONAL

Jeff C.’s first job was helping his dad on the fish boat. He then did some side jobs for his Aunt Donna at her electronics store. Then it was Schlotsky’s Deli, Hollywood Video, Champs Sports, The Athlete’s Foot, Fan Fair, Foot Locker, Just Sports, Radisson Hotels and Sunglass Hut. He also worked as Manager of Parking Operations at Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado for 3 years. In 2007, before getting sober, JC was hired as a manager for a wireless carrier. He had a front row seat as a new phone would revolutionize the way we communicated. After rehab, Jeff C. went to work with SBUX and was recruited from the drive through by Jade Wells to start a 9+ year adventure. From March 2009 to July 2013, JC worked his way from Store Manager>>Regional Trainer>>Regional Manager>>Market Director>>Director of Sales>>VP of Sales. During those years he moved from Denver>>Boise>>Phoenix>>Portland>>Boise>>Phoenix. In 2013, the company had 20 locations in 4 states (NM, AZ, CO, ID). Over the following 5 years, the company grew to over 100 locations in 10 states. Jeff C. had the honor of hiring, recruiting and developing a team of over 500 while managing annual sales exceeding $100m a year. The company received accolades from INC 5000 and numerous trophies and praise. We really built something great.

ENTREPRENEUR / COACH:

After leaving the wireless industry, 2019 was a BIG year for Jeff C. Three new careers were starting. Before that, though, Jeff C. took a few months to explore and be free. No alarm clocks, no meetings, just live life. He started his coaching company, THE CAMALICK GROUP, LLC, in March. The Camalick Group offered an entry point where Jeff C. could combine the principles and structures he learned in business and apply them to every facet of life. Jeff C. has had the pleasure of coaching people from all around the world for the past 5 years. In May of 2019, Jeff C. became a minority partner in a crystal and jewelry company. Jeff C. cultivated relationships with local businesses, produced two gem shows and helped take the business to a new level. Lastly, in December of 2019, Jeff C. decided to become a rideshare driver. 5 years later, he has given over 15,000 rides to over 40,000 passengers. As of this writing he has a 5 star and a 4.99 with some pretty cool comments from his passengers.

TRANSFORMATIONAL COACH - INNER EXODUS:

All of the knowledge, experience, contempt prior to investigation, loss, addiction, praise, awards and everything else has contributed to Inner Exodus. There is a step-by-step process for the inner exodus to occur. It has happened for me, it can happen for you too!

To honor the passing of all our beloved, we dedicate inner exodus to them. Each and every soul that touched our lives so deeply, shaping us into the magical beings we are. In remembering the joyful times and the painful, we commemorate the impact they had on us and the entire planet. The ripple effect that is still felt to this day. We feel our loved ones want us to love each other and be free while we are here! They don’t want us to wait any longer to do the things we want to do with the people we want to be around.

Our entire community knows it is time to cease the separation and come together as brothers and sisters, fathers and daughters. We feel it is time to put our petty preferences and differences aside and heal together. It can be challenging at times. Maybe we can guide you along your journey. The invitation is open-ended…. Everyone with a sincere desire to heal is welcome.

With all the love and sincerity in my heart,

Jeff C.
